Order Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
No Refunds
All sales are final.
Cancelled orders will not receive any refund under any circumstances.
How to Request a Cancellation
Email [email protected] immediately with your order number.
We will confirm if your order is still within the cancellation window.
Special Notes
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Collectopia.my reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
