Cancellation Policy

At Collectopia.my, we process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery of Trading Card Game (TCG) products. Please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Order Cancellation Window
   • Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
   • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. No Refunds
   • All sales are final.
   • Cancelled orders will not receive any refund under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
   • Email [email protected] immediately with your order number.
   • We will confirm if your order is still within the cancellation window.
4. Special Notes
   • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless otherwise stated on the product page.
   • Collectopia.my reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
