At Collectopia.my, we take great care to ensure all items are accurately described and securely packed. As a seller of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, our policy is designed to protect both buyers and the integrity of collectible items.

  1. No Refunds
    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason except in cases where:
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived in damaged condition due to shipping
  • The item was significantly not as described

Any request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    We do not accept returns or refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Opened or tampered sealed products
  • Graded cards (sold as-is)
  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product itself

    If your case qualifies under Section 1:
  • You must return the item in its original, unused condition with all original packaging
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • Upon inspection, we may offer a replacement or store credit — cash refunds will not be issued

    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 dayswith:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the case and may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
